WOLVERINE VS. PUNISHER
Okay so after working on some DC sketch cards for about 2 months I was so ready to draw full size again. The sketch cards are approximately 3"x4" and working that small was tough, especially since my normal working size is 10"x15". So this was kind of a getting back in the groove piece. At first I didn't know what to think about Punisher's face. It doesn't really look like a face I would normally draw, but I eventually came to like it. It's a pretty good representation of how I see the character. I don't envision him as a good looking model type, I see him as kind of a washed up boxer in his 40's, he has scars and a nose that's been broken several times. He's rough around the edges. Or as my wife calls it, "a brute" Good call Becci, good call.
