Over the years, I've drawn Captain America dozens and dozens of times, but I've never drawn him in his original 1940's costume. But since I wanted a World War 2 feel to these pages, I decided it would fit the bill. One thing I realized is that the triangular shield is a hell of a lot easier to draw than the circular one. Getting all those stripes lined up and uniform on the circular shield is a pin in the tookus! But I digress.
